The Handcraft factory

Since 1989 Cobalto Antonio & Silvio brothers begun the production of the Limoncello liqueur in Amalfi Coast, creating one of the first handcraft factories of Amalfi Coast liqueurs. The target of our family run business is that of preserving The Sfusato Amalfitano Lemon.

Both the factory and the selling point, situated next to the Church of Amalfi, satisfy the needs of the most gourmets.

the sfusato amalfitano lemon

The "sfusato amalfitano" is a world-famous tapered and rough lemon, strictly connected to the Amalfi Coast environment. It was presumably imported and grown during the commercial period between the Arabian and the Amalfi traders. All of its features are due to the mediterranean climate that develops between the villages that goes from Vietri sul Mare to Positano, and from the ability of the local farmers.
